// Kube Conditions of Entry

Only customers under the age of 18 are permitted to gain entry to K-One Events.

Kube operates a No Search No Entry Policy.

• All customers are required to be searched by our male or female security staff.
• Clothing and bags will be searched and refusal to allow such will result in the refusal of entry to the venue.
• Chewing gum is not allowed in the venue.

• By letting your child enter the venue, you have given parental consent to the following. You agree to letting images of your child being displayed on the ‘K-ONE’ website; if you wish to have a photo removed please email us with a description of the image, the gallery name and why you want it removed.
• All Images are stored for a period of 12 months on a pass worded ‘Namco’ Server. After a period of 12 months all images are deleted.

In accordance with Licensing Laws and the National Smoking Directives.

• No Smoking is permitted within this venue – anybody found doing so will be escorted out of the venue.
• No cigarettes / tobacco products or smoking paraphernalia are to be brought into this venue and will be confiscated if found on their person during the entry search.

Alcohol and Drugs are not tolerated.

• No Alcohol or Drugs are to be brought into or consumed on these premises.
• Alcohol Breathalyser is in Operation anyone found positive will be refused entry, anyone refusing to take a Breathalyser test will also be refused entry.
• Anybody who is found to be under the influence of alcohol / drugs, or are found with either substance on their person will be refused entry to the venue and notified to the police.

On entry to the premises, customers are agreeing to abide by the clubs behaviour policies which follow :

• The venue, staff and all other customers are to be treated with respect.
• No intimidating or aggressive behaviour, inappropriate/abusive language, vandalism or damage to the premises will be tolerated – anybody found doing so will be escorted out of the venue.

On exiting the building after an event, we aim to promote a safe, calm and quick exit/disperse from the venue.
